Davies and David Milton Davies Jr., two individuals whose lives embody resilience, hope, and the power of second chances. Together, they are leading the charge to provide critical housing, treatment, and recovery services for individuals who have faced trauma, addiction, incarceration, and homelessness.

Why We Fight

Ana and David’s lives are powerful testimonies of what recovery, education, and compassion can achieve. Born into adversity, both founders endured traumatic childhoods filled with addiction, loss, and incarceration. However, they transformed their pain into purpose, creating Tushka Ohoyo Adams-Davies to help others achieve the same.

Dr. Ana Y. Davies, a proud Hispanic, African American, and Native American woman, has fought her way from addiction and incarceration to earning a Ph.D. in Public Health. She is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Clinical Supervisor, leveraging her personal and academic experiences to empower others.
David Milton Davies Jr., having survived his own battles with addiction and four prison terms, has maintained his sobriety since 2008. Now a Registered Drug Technician (RADT) with over 15 years of experience, David is deeply passionate about helping those struggling with addiction and homelessness, using his story to inspire and guide.
